2. The customer has to make the payment of the reservation by paying 50 % of the
total payment as warranty
by selecting the appropriate method of payment. If it is a deposit in the account,
the deposit must be made within three (3) working days , in the account's details
given after the completion of the reservation ,
by giving the name and the surname of the reservation .
In case of last minute booking , the deposit must be made within twelve (12) hours or

done.

3. The hotel is responsible for safeguarding of the personal information of each
customer and in no case will not provide them to third parties , except in very
necessary case (theft , criminal acts ) . Also, they can be used only by the hotel for
reasons of customer information , by call or e-mail (e-mail), for current promotions
and events.
If the customer does not agree to be informed for current promotions and events, he
can be un-suscribed from our list by sending us an e-mail with the title "Unsubscribe
me from your newsletter list".
4. During his stay , the client agrees to comply with the applicable operating hotels'
rules, respecting the other customers and staff and not cause damage to real property
and tangible personal property of the hotel. Otherwise , the hotel has the right to evict
the client, without any refund and in case of loss or damage due to customer's bad
behavior , the customer must pay the extra financial compensation, similar to the loss
or damage has been caused . The hotel is responsible for the maintenance and proper
functioning of its plant and equipment.

February-March ) or ten (10) days for the High Season ( July - August, 16 December-
January, April ) before the planned arrival date.
If the cancellation occurs after the above days, the warranty does not be returned in
any case. In case of no show , the warranty is not returned . The deposit is refundable
only for reasons that the hotel think as serious for the non- appearance of the
customer and after notification by the client until and the day of arrival.
