Terms of stay

  1. The customer is responsible for the proper and correct entry of the details for the reservation. The hotel has no responsibility.
  2. The customer must pay 50% of the total amount as a deposit by selecting the appropriate payment method. If the payment is made by bank deposit, the deposit must be made within three (3) working days to the account details provided after the reservation is completed, and the customer must include the name and surname of the reservation.
    In the case of a last‑minute booking, the deposit must be made within twelve (12) hours, or the customer must contact the hotel by telephone (tel. +30 2242024701) to discuss available options.
    If paying by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), the payment is made through the secure website of
    Vivapayments.gr.Vivapayments.gr is solely responsible for the security of the data and the transaction. In case of an error, please contact them directly.
  3. The hotel is responsible for safeguarding the personal information of each customer and will under no circumstances provide it to third parties, except in very necessary cases (theft, criminal acts). This information may also be used by the hotel for customer information purposes (by phone or email) regarding current promotions and events.
    If the customer does not wish to be informed about current promotions and events, they can unsubscribe from our list by sending us an email with the subject line "Unsubscribe me from your newsletter list".
  4. During their stay, the customer agrees to comply with the applicable operating rules of the hotel, respect other customers and staff, and not cause damage to the real property or tangible personal property of the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel has the right to evict the customer without any refund. In the event of loss or damage caused by the customer's behavior, the customer must pay additional financial compensation equivalent to the loss or damage caused. The hotel is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of its premises and equipment.

Booking cancellation

The deposit is refundable only in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made up to 3 days before the planned arrival date during the Low Season (May – June, September – December 15, February – March).

  • Cancellation made up to 10 days before the planned arrival date during the High Season (July – August, December 16 – January, April).

If the cancellation occurs after the above deadlines, the deposit is not refunded under any circumstances. In the case of a no‑show, the deposit is also not refunded.

The deposit may be refunded for reasons that the hotel deems serious for the customer's non‑appearance, provided that the customer notifies the hotel by the day of arrival at the latest.
