    1. I keep seeing "Adults Only" — what's the minimum age to stay with you?

    Yes, we're an adults‑only hotel, which means we focus on creating a calm, quiet atmosphere for grown‑up travelers. The minimum age for guests is 18 years old. It’s all about giving you the peaceful break you deserve.

    2. Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

    We don’t have a pool on the property, but we’ve arranged a great solution for you! Our guests have access to an outdoor pool at a nearby hotel just 500 meters away. It’s an easy walk, and our team will be happy to point you in the right direction.

    3. What time can I check in and check out?

    You can check in from 2:00 PM until midnight. Check‑out is flexible — anywhere between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon). If you need a late check‑out, just ask us in advance; it’s possible depending on availability (an extra charge may apply).

    4. Do you have parking? Is it free?

    Yes, we have free on‑street parking available right outside the hotel. No need to worry about expensive parking fees.

    5. What's the breakfast like? Is it included?

    Our continental breakfast buffet is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. It includes baked goods, fresh fruit, cheese, juice, and local favourites like feta cheese and smoked turkey. The breakfast is not included in all rates — there’s a fee of around €9 per person when booking a room‑only rate.

    6. Can I bring my pet?

    We love animals, but unfortunately we do not allow pets at Aegeon Hotel. This helps us maintain a clean and allergy‑friendly environment for all our guests.

    7. How far is the hotel from the airport?

    Kos International Airport is about 23 km away, which is roughly a 25‑minute drive. We can help you arrange a taxi or give you directions for public transport.

    8. What's nearby? Can I walk to restaurants and shops?

    Our location is fantastic! You're within a 2‑minute walk of the Roman Odeon, a 3‑minute walk from the Port of Kos, and a 9‑minute walk to Kos Castle. The neighbourhood is filled with pizzerias, Greek‑American restaurants, souvlaki spots, cafes, mini markets, and even bike & car rental shops — all just steps away.

    9. What facilities do you have on site?

    We have a cozy café‑bar with a balcony (perfect for an evening coffee or cocktail), a TV and projector room where we sometimes screen films, and a sun terrace and garden where you can relax. And of course, free high‑speed WiFi is available throughout the entire building.

    10. Do you have a cancellation policy?

    Yes, it depends on the season. During Low Season (May–June, September–December 15, February–March), you can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. During High Season (July–August, December 16–January, April), you need to cancel at least 10 days in advance to receive a refund.

    11. I have a late flight — can I store my luggage after check out?

    Absolutely! We offer free luggage storage. You can leave your bags with us after check‑out and enjoy your last few hours in Kos without being weighed down.

    12. How can I get a room with a balcony?

    All our rooms come with a private furnished balcony offering town or garden views. It's a lovely spot to sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset over Kos Town.
